Yes. Handmade ceramics naturally vary. Subtle differences in shape, glaze flow, texture, and colour are to be expected and celebrated. These variations are not flaws but a reflection of the human hands and kiln processes behind each piece.
Can I order a personalised or custom piece?
We offer a bespoke service for both personal orders and hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Personal custom pieces may include names, dates, short phrases, or handwritten messages, depending on the product.
For hospitality and brand collaborations, we create fully bespoke ceramic pieces, including custom forms, finishes, and the option to personalise with your logo or brand elements.
All custom orders are made to order and require additional production time.

How long does a custom order take?
Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 4-5 weeks to complete, depending on the item and current studio schedule. Ceramics require multiple stages and firings, so timelines cannot be rushed.
If you need something for a specific date, it’s always best to reach out before ordering.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade, returns are only accepted for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Personalised or custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my ceramics?
All functional TORICERÁ pieces are food-safe and suitable for everyday use.
General care:
-Hand washing is recommended to preserve glaze longevity
-Avoid sudden temperature changes
-Microwave or dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise
Each order includes care instructions to help your piece last for years to come.
Are your glazes food safe?
Yes. All functional glazes used on food and drinkware are food-safe once fired. Decorative details may vary by piece, but anything intended for daily use is made with safety in mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, TORICERÁ ships internationally. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout or by the courier upon arrival, depending on your country.

Why do some orders incur customs duties or taxes?
Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs regulations, not by TORICERÁ. These fees are based on the actual order value and are collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery.
Do you offer wholesale or production orders?
Yes. TORICERÁ works with cafés, restaurants, salons, and brands on small-batch production and custom tableware.
Wholesale and production orders have separate pricing and lead times. Please reach out via email with details of your project to discuss availability.
Will an item look exactly like the photos?
Product photos are a close representation, but due to the nature of handmade ceramics and glaze chemistry, slight differences in tone, speckling, and finish may occur. This is part of what makes each piece unique.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once a piece enters the making process, cancellations are no longer possible.
