How long does it take to receive my products?

Items from our pre-made & ready to go collections will be sent out to you via Next Day Delivery.

For custom made orders, the approximate time for you to receive your order is 3-5 weeks.

Because of the nature of how ceramics are made, there are many opportunities for mistakes & accidents along the way - often outside of human control, in which case your piece may have to be remade. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.


How do I care for my ceramics?

All of our tableware pieces are food safe & dishwasher safe, however we recommend handwashing your pieces with warm soapy water to ensure the glaze remains beautiful forever!
